Reviews of the book 'CHEESE CHRONICLES'

"Tommy's funny, poignant account makes you realize how universal this story is. If you're a musician or just a rock 'n' roll fan, there's plenty here to identify with. One of the best-written, most entertaining rock 'n' roll diaries I've ever read."
- Bill Lloyd - 'Foster & Lloyd', 'The Sky Kings'

"Cheese Chronicles is a must-read for every wannabe musician, for musicians who still climb in the back of the van on their way to split 60 bucks four ways, and for those who have either made it or quit it. ...A dose of reality and what the dream is about."
- Chapters.ca

"Cheese Chronicles is a front-seat ride through the beer-drenched, puke-stenched rock underground of the New South. Tommy Womack loves music as much as he loves himself, a rare trait for a performer. He's also funny and insightful, which is even rarer. Best of all, he's honest, which is either brave or foolhardy, and its what makes his book so brutally hilarious. It's only rock 'n' roll, and he likes it. So will you."
- Michael McCall - 'Nashville Scene'

"Anyone with the dream of picking up a guitar and starting a rock band should check (Cheese Chronicles) out. Rehearsing, traveling all night in a van, bad food, club owners, promoters, managers, record labels, amps blowing up. Tommy knows. He's been there."
- Greg Martin - 'The Kentucky Headhunters'

Reviews Of Jordan's Previous Show

CABARET SINISTRE presents La Mort De L'Amour

"Take Rocky Horror, Cabaret, and Clockwork Orange and mix them all together and you might get something like Cabaret Sinistre. Grosik Stim is your emcee as the company performs six pieces on "The Death of Love". The pieces combine rock opera, dance, story telling and burlesque to create an engaging performance. The three performers are all equally talented in singing and performing, and have created a unique Fringe experience. 4.5 STARS"
- Ken Gordon - CBC

"Smutty, gleefully nasty and comically morbid diabolical little sideshow... fun moust foul. 3.5 STARS"
- Pat St. Germain - Winnipeg Sun

"The campy company throws itself wholeheartedly into the bump-and-grind stylings of this macabre cabaret that looks at the seamy underbelly of love. Taking on a variety of roles, the players vamp, shimmy and mime their way through six sordid tales of murder, betrayal, marriage and more murder, all in the name of love. 3 STARS"
- Jill Wilson - Winnipeg Free Press
